You don't have to open an account. If you already have one and disagree with a new version of these terms, you can keep your account under the old terms. To close your account without penalty, contact support and we'll process your request within 2 business days.
No. Our terms forbid multi-accounting. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person, phone number or payment method, we'll consolidate them and may suspend access. One account per player keeps things fair and prevents fraud.
We verify your identity by checking your email, phone and (for withdrawals over a certain amount) your government ID. This confirms you're the account owner and protects against fraud and money laundering. Verification is required by law and takes under an hour.
We investigate all withdrawal disputes within 48 hours. Most are resolved in 3–5 business days once we have all the facts. If funds are being held, we notify you of the reason in writing and give you a timeline to clear it up.
We can suspend your account immediately if we detect fraud or money laundering. For other breaches — like using automation tools or account sharing — we'll notify you and give you 7 days to stop. Persistent breach leads to permanent closure and forfeiture of your balance.
You own your personal data; we hold it to run your account and comply with law. We encrypt it, never sell it, and delete it after you close your account unless we're legally required to keep it. You can request a copy of your data anytime via support.
These terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS and bank transfer. Each payment rail has its own processing time. DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS usually clear in under a minute; bank transfers take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
